Our program received a complaint from a citizen/patient who confirmed her suffering over nine years (2016-2025) due to two private medical facilities refusing to provide her with her medical file or a copy thereof. This resulted in delays in diagnosing and recovering from her condition for many years, forcing her to bear double the financial and emotional burden due to repeated examinations and the frequent resumption of treatment plans. She is requesting official intervention to ensure the release of her medical file, asserting that it is her legal right.
