Pasta with Yogurt and Minced Meat with Dill
Ingredients: Serves 8
6 cups boiled and cooled pasta
3 cups yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups cooked minced meat with onions and spices
2 cups finely chopped cucumbers
1 cup chopped dill
1 tablespoon dried onion
1 tablespoon dried garlic
1 cup chopped fresh mint
2 teaspoons black pepper
Salt to taste
Toasted pine nuts for garnish
