Coconut Harissa
3 cups coarse and fine semolina
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup coconut
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons oil
You can add ¼ cup milk depending on the type of semolina
Syrup:
3 cups sugar
2 cups water
½ teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon orange blossom water
