Min Hunna Nabda - "Commercial establishments occupy streets by placing concrete barriers and plastic barricades."

In this segment of the "From Here We Begin" program, the streets of the capital, both main and secondary, are witnessing a notable increase in the use of "No Parking" and "Private Parking" signs. Commercial establishments are setting up plastic barriers to enforce these parking restrictions on public streets. However, this practice violates Article 24 of Cabinet Decision No. (6) of 2011, which pertains to building and zoning regulations that require providing parking spaces within the project"s land boundaries, whether residential or commercial. Consequently, violators are treating public streets as private property, in violation of regulatory guidelines.
