Salmon Bouquet Tray
- 1 kg of boneless, skinless salmon fillet- 1 teaspoon salt- A pinch of black pepper- 4 cloves of garlic, minced- 3 tablespoons olive oil- 1 lemon, sliced- 1 orange, sliced
For serving:
- 1.5 cups cooked fine bulgur- 1 cup red onion soaked in lemon- 2 cups cucumber, diced- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved- 1 cup basil leaves- 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives- 1 cup feta cheese- Arugula- 1 cup chickpeas

- 1/2 cup olive oil- 1 teaspoon oregano- 1/2 teaspoon salt- A pinch of black pepper- Juice of 1 lemon- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
