- 1 kg chicken drumsticks- 1 chopped onion- 2 cups chopped bell peppers- 1 cup chopped celery- 4 cloves garlic, minced- ¼ cup flour- ¼ cup olive oil- 1 tablespoon vinegar- ½ cup black olives- 1 liter tomato sauce- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes- 1 tablespoon thyme- ¼ cup basil leaves- Salt and pepper
