Ingredients:- 2 cups short-grain rice, washed and soaked- 2 and 1/3 cups water- 1 teaspoon salt
For the topping:- Chopped Kani (crab sticks)- Thinly sliced round cucumber- Carrot cut into lengthwise strips- Avocado- Dried Peruvian mango- Thinly sliced round radishes- Kewpie (Japanese mayonnaise)- Sriracha- Furikake sprinkle
