Sources close to the situation revealed details of the final hours in the life of artist Hany Shaker, explaining that he suffered a sudden health setback after a short phase of relative improvement. This led to his readmission to intensive care at “Foch” Hospital in Paris’s 16th district, before his condition rapidly worsened and ultimately ended in his death.

According to the sources, the singer’s health had declined significantly over the past few days despite close medical supervision and intensive efforts to save him. However, his body did not respond to treatment, leading to widespread grief across artistic circles and among his fans.

Earlier, Musicians’ Syndicate chief Mostafa Kamel had announced an improvement in Shaker’s condition, noting his discharge from intensive care and the start of physiotherapy, describing it as a positive step toward recovery. That optimism was later overturned by an unexpected relapse that returned him to critical condition.

It is also noted that the “Prince of Arabic Song” began experiencing health issues at the start of last Ramadan after suffering a severe colon hemorrhage, which required urgent hospitalization and was followed by a series of medical complications.
