Egyptian media personality Basma Wahba survived a horrific traffic accident that occurred in the early hours of Wednesday, April 29, on the 26th of July Axis road in 6th of October City, which caused concern among her followers.

According to Egyptian media reports, the Civil Protection Operations Room received a report of a traffic accident on the 26th of July Axis in the direction of October within the Kerdasa area. Security forces, supported by ambulances, immediately moved to the scene.

It was found that the parties involved included Basma Wahba’s vehicle, driven by a 40-year-old driver, which sustained damage to the door, the front left fender, and the front bumper, in addition to another vehicle driven by a 20-year-old real estate company employee.

The investigations revealed that the accident resulted from a third vehicle attempting to speed and overtake, which led to a collision with Basma Wahba’s car, causing it to swerve and crash into the second vehicle.

Investigations also added that the driver of the vehicle responsible for the accident initially stopped, then fled the scene, and legal procedures were taken to pursue him.

Regarding her health condition, Basma Wahba underwent thorough medical examinations that confirmed she had no internal bleeding or fractures. Her injuries were limited to bruises and a nervous shock, and she has already left the hospital to recover at home under doctors’ recommendations.
