Artist Nadia Mostafa, spokesperson for the Egyptian Musicians Syndicate, has settled the growing controversy surrounding the health condition of artist Hany Shaker after widespread rumors claimed his death, firmly confirming that all such reports are completely false.

Nadia Mostafa explained that she contacted Mrs. Nahla, Hany Shaker’s wife, by phone to check on his health condition. She confirmed that his condition only requires prayers and support, with the family hoping for his speedy recovery and return to his audience and loved ones in good health.

She revealed that Hany Shaker’s wife requested clarification of the truth to the public, stressing that any information regarding his health should only come through his son or via the Musicians Syndicate, represented by artist Mostafa Kamel or artist Nadia Mostafa, in order to avoid the spread of misleading news.

Nadia Mostafa also stressed that spreading rumors without verifying their sources causes major concern among the artist’s fans and family members, calling on the public and media outlets to verify information and avoid following unreliable reports that spread quickly through social media.

She also denied previous statements attributed to the head of the Egyptian community in France regarding developments in Hany Shaker’s health, explaining that those remarks were merely personal assumptions and were not based on any direct communication with his family or the relevant official authorities.

In the same context, she emphasized that the circulated images of the artist lying in a hospital bed are not real, but were created using artificial intelligence technologies, confirming that his family remains by his side constantly and that visits or photography are not allowed, out of respect for his health condition and privacy.

She concluded by stressing that publishing inaccurate information about someone going through a sensitive health condition reflects not only a lack of responsibility, but also a lack of humanity, especially when it concerns the feelings of his family and fans who are living in a state of anxiety and anticipation.
