A family in a northern province has become the center of wide local attention after a series of repeated tragedies that affected its members over the years, ending with the death of four members of the same family in the same manner, but over a time span of 11 years, in a shocking scene that raised painful questions about the circumstances and similarities of the incidents.

In the latest chapter of this tragedy, a man in his sixties and his young son were found dead inside their home after suffering suffocation due to a gas leak from the heating stove used inside the house, in an incident that shook the area and revived an old story the same family had lived more than a decade earlier.

According to the details, relatives of the victims went to the house accompanied by police after losing contact with the father and son for some time, only to find them dead inside the home, amid a state of shock and disbelief that spread across the scene.

Notably, the same house had witnessed a similar incident 11 years earlier, when the mother, Yasmin (50), and her son Anil (14) died in the same way due to suffocation, before being followed in the recent incident by the husband and his son, repeating the tragedy within the same family under nearly identical circumstances.

Emotional scenes captured in videos around the house showed grief among family members and local residents during the transfer and burial procedures, in a heartbreaking farewell that reopened old wounds.

These incidents once again highlight the danger of heating gas known as the “silent killer,” as carbon monoxide leaks can cause severe poisoning that often leads to death, especially during the winter season.
