Egyptian actor Nabil Nour El-Din was injured in a car accident on Saturday, prompting his hospitalization, while the Egyptian Actors’ Syndicate closely monitors his condition.

Munir Makram, a member of the syndicate’s board, clarified that the accident was not serious and that the actor’s health is stable and not a cause for concern.

He added that the syndicate maintains constant contact with the actor and the medical team overseeing his care to ensure full recovery and a safe discharge from the hospital.

Makram noted that Nour El-Din suffered a fracture requiring surgery to insert plates and screws, scheduled for Sunday, with the plan for him to leave the hospital the same day and continue his recovery at home once his condition is confirmed stable.

Nour El-Din has had a long artistic career spanning decades. His last appearance was in the TV series Sela Rahim in 2024 alongside Eyad Nassar and Yusra El Lozy, before taking a two-year hiatus from the screen without explaining the reason.

His notable TV work includes Al-Essyan with Mahmoud Yassin, Khas Gedan with Yusra, Abed Karman with Tim Hassan, and Al-Lail Wa Akhro with Yehia El-Fakharany.

In cinema, he appeared in significant films such as Midnight Mission with Hussein Fahmy, and Ahl El-Qimma alongside the late Nour El-Sherif and Ezzat El Alaili, bringing his total body of work to around 150 projects across TV and film over more than fifty years.
