Taif Ibrahim Portrays “Hammoud” in the Series “Mawlana” Maha Al-Masri, Taif Ibrahim’s Mother, and His Father, a Renowned Iraqi Director

Actor Taif Ibrahim has captured attention since the premiere of the series Mawlana, thanks to his outstanding performance as the assistant Hammoud in the Syrian army. He skillfully navigated between the roles of executioner and victim with fluidity and credibility, earning widespread admiration from viewers.

After his identity was revealed, fans expressed their surprise upon learning that his mother is the Syrian actress Maha Al-Masri, and that his “sister” is the actress Dima Bayaa from a different father, while his father was the late renowned Iraqi director Adnan Ibrahim.

Taif Ibrahim was born in 1988 and graduated from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in Damascus in 2015. He holds an extensive portfolio of works in theater, cinema, and television. He began his artistic career at the age of ten with the series Al-Tair, then returned after a ten-year hiatus in the series Sabaya in 2009.
