Reality TV star Jessie Ngatikawora revealed a major shock in her life after undergoing cosmetic surgery she described as "devastating to her career and personal life."

Ngatikawora, followed by approximately 3.2 million people on social media platforms, shared a candid message with her followers: "I want to be honest… this latest surgery completely ruined my life." She added, "I appear on camera, participate in TV shows, and do interviews, and now I face harsh criticism from everyone."

The founder of the brand JZ Styles confirmed that the series of cosmetic procedures had significantly impacted her career, saying: "I don’t feel comfortable seizing opportunities, but I have to keep going."

In videos posted on her Instagram and TikTok accounts, Ngatikawora detailed her struggles with facial swelling after the surgery, explaining that she is not satisfied with the results: "My face looks awful, and I completely agree with the criticisms." She added that her decision to undergo upper eyelid surgery and fat injections, along with another planned procedure, came without fully understanding the potential outcomes, as she initially intended to have only lower eyelid surgery.

Regarding the impact on her appearance during the filming of the fifth season of her show, she said: "I look awful, my face is swollen, and my eyes look strange… I don’t look like I used to." She added, "I feel a huge lack of self-confidence… I look back at season four and tell myself: Oh my God, how beautiful I was! I wish I had seen that myself… I almost cry while talking about this."
