U.S. police reported gunfire at the home of global star Rihanna in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles.

Officers responded after a call at 1:15 p.m. local time on Sunday and arrested a suspect.

Authorities said the targeted home belongs to Rihanna, and bullets from an assault rifle were found at the scene, but no injuries were reported.

A security source confirmed Rihanna was inside the mansion during the incident.

Police stated the suspect, a woman in her thirties, stopped her car in front of the home, fired seven shots, and fled. Her vehicle was later found about 12 kilometers away, and she was taken into custody, though her identity has not been publicly released.

Rihanna, born Robyn Fenty, rose to fame in the early 2000s with numerous hit songs.
