A 4-year-old girl died following a tragic skiing accident in the "Ottawa" hills north of Gatineau, Quebec, according to Canadian authorities.

Reports indicate that the girl was riding a sled being pulled by an adult practicing cross-country skiing on the snowy slope. When the adult lost balance, they fell on the girl, causing severe injuries that immediately stopped her heart.
