The source added that she was paid approximately 1.7 million Egyptian pounds for her participation.

Legal action

In return, Asmaa Galal officially announced that she has taken legal action against Ramez Galal, due to phrases and statements that were aired during the episode and which she did not accept.

The actress’s legal office stated, in an official statement, that her participation was based on the fact that the program is purely entertainment and relies on the usual element of surprise, stressing that she had not been informed in advance about the content of the voice-over used in the introduction, which was added later during the editing stage.
