Nasif Zeytoun: I’m very happy and relaxed. Nasif Zeytoun: Honestly, I’m no longer brave.

The Syrian artist Nasif Zeytoun said he is experiencing a new chapter in life since the birth of his son Elyas, emphasizing that words cannot describe his feelings and the significant changes in his mindset and even his sense of courage.

Nasif explained that the first moments of welcoming his child were indescribable, saying: "They always said that at this moment, the feeling is beyond words, and I always heard it from others. God bless with a newborn, but certainly, those who haven’t experienced it don’t feel it."

He added: "Honestly, I don’t know how to describe this feeling, but I’m very happy and relaxed. It’s a blessing from God, and the most important thing is that he and his mother are healthy. We are done with the whole process, the little project if you want is fine, and thank God he is in good health."

Nasif confirmed that the arrival of his son completely changed his life, saying: "I used to say straight away that I’m brave, but honestly, I’m no longer brave." He added: "I became more cautious about myself, more careful about our health, even when I’m with him. The boy makes you feel vulnerable… now we are a lovely family, and a new chapter in my life has started, but you naturally worry that something might happen… I’m afraid for him because I now have a huge responsibility. I want to be with him and see him grow."

Regarding the overall change in his life, Nasif said spontaneously: "Honestly, it changed a lot for me, glory be to God. My phone used to be full of my work and concert photos, now it’s all about him. Ultimately, one’s whole life is embodied in this, so may God protect all the children of the world."
