Resumed his artistic activity, Hani Shaker returned to the stage after nearly three weeks of absence due to undergoing spinal surgery, presenting yesterday, Saturday, a major concert and standing out before his audience in a unique and unconventional way.

Shaker sat on a chair throughout the concert, unable to stand for long hours after the surgery and without enough time to rest, expressing his immense joy at the reunion, saying: "Despite the difficult circumstances I’m going through, I honestly don’t know how to express what’s inside me and the feelings I’m experiencing today… this is the most precious prize and gift from God that you are with me… may God never deprive me of you or your love."

Participated in the concert artist Wael Jassar, amid a large and lively audience who engaged with the songs, especially when Shaker performed a selection of his most famous classic hits, including "Bahibbak Ana."

Underwent an emergency spinal surgery during the second week of January, after which his media office issued a statement to reassure the public about his health, stating: "Arab music prince, Hani Shaker, reassures his esteemed audience and fans in Egypt and across the Arab world that his health is stable and secure, following the spinal surgery (vertebrae stabilization) which was successfully completed, thanks to God."

Clarified the statement that Shaker underwent a ten-day rest period following doctors’ advice, with plans to resume his artistic activity starting January 31, 2026, with a concert in Abu Dhabi.

Confirmed his media office that all scheduled concerts will continue as planned, saying: "The media office also confirms that all announced concerts remain on schedule, including February 13, 2026, in Paris; February 14, 2026, in Beirut (as part of Valentine’s Day events); and April 2, 2026, in Cairo."

Announced a new song by Hani Shaker titled "Ella Ana We Yak," composed by Ahmed Barakat, lyrics by Mazen Daher, arranged by Zahir Deeb, and recorded by Hossam Al-Saabi.

Added that Shaker is grateful to his fans for their support during his illness: "Arab music prince expressed his deep gratitude to his large audience for their love, care, and sincere prayers, confirming his great eagerness to meet his fans soon on stage."

Was originally scheduled to perform on Friday, January 23, at Teatro Arkan in Cairo, but the concert was postponed by about four months due to his health, rescheduled to Thursday, April 2, at the same venue, after the conclusion of the 2026 Eid al-Fitr concert season.

Said the organizing company: "Despite the postponement, all tickets sold remain valid for the new date without any changes, and the booking company will contact ticket holders who wish to request a refund."

Added the statement: "The organizing entities and Hani Shaker extend their sincere thanks and appreciation to the audience for their understanding and ongoing support, confirming that the anticipated concert will be an exceptional artistic night worthy of the Arab music prince’s audience."
