Maryam Al-Bahr: All legal procedures completed for her client’s release Ismail Dashti: Dr. Khulood suffers from chronic illnesses

Kuwaiti lawyer Maryam Al-Bahr confirmed the release of her client, prominent content creator Dr. Khulood, and her husband Amin Ghabashi after weeks of detention, on bail set at 5,000 Kuwaiti dinars.

Al-Bahr shared a video on her official Instagram account in which she affirmed that all legal procedures required for her client’s release had been completed, extending her thanks to the legal team whose efforts helped expedite the process.

“Cardiac electrical disorders”

For his part, lawyer Ismail Dashti explained that Dr. Khulood suffers from chronic medical conditions that require close medical monitoring, most notably cardiac electrical disorders, warning that any psychological stress could negatively affect her health. Dashti stressed that her treatment requires regular care and careful follow-up.

He added that all financial transactions of both Khulood and her husband are conducted through official and transparent channels, noting that they undergo routine annual procedures with banks to disclose sources of funds, which stem from marketing and advertising contracts with major companies, to ensure transparency and legal compliance.
