Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas witnessed an unusual incident, as a plane headed to London lost a rear right wheel just minutes after takeoff.

Video footage showed the wheel detaching from the Airbus A350-1000 before falling onto the airport grounds, astonishing both passengers and airport staff.

The airport confirmed that the plane landed safely with no additional incidents, noting that no injuries were reported among passengers or crew, and no damage occurred to facilities or the runway.

Authorities added that the wheel was recovered from the airport grounds and that the National Transportation Safety Board was notified to investigate the cause and ensure future operational safety.
