The Egyptian Actors’ Syndicate, led by Ashraf Zaki, followed developments in his health, stressing their commitment to supporting the artist throughout this critical stage.

Sameh El Sereity recently appeared in the 2025 Ramadan season through the series "El Halangi," starring alongside Mohamed Ragab, which received wide audience engagement. The story follows a professional swindler who becomes a victim of a conspiracy and seeks to rebuild his life and take revenge on those who wronged him.

The cast also included Aiten Amer, Abir Sabry, and Mohamed Lotfy, with script by Mahmoud Hamdan and direction by Moataz Hossam, contributing to the series’ notable success.

El Sereity has a long and diverse artistic career, holding a commerce degree and beginning his journey in Egyptian theaters with the “Angham El Shabab” troupe. He also performed as a singer and worked in television, cinema, and his own theater productions.

His prominent works include stage plays like "Love After Deliberation," "Thirsty Girls," and "Ticket to Heaven"; TV series such as "Layali El Helmiya," "Ramadan Wal Nas," and "Yetrabba Fi Azzo"; and successful films including "Malaki Alexandria," "Legitimate Betrayal," and "Street 18."
