Mai Kamal El-Din: "My anger at you is greater than the loss I am going through

Mai Kamal El-Din: "I was the one who hated this woman the most after his mother, may God have mercy on her

Mai Kamal El-Din, ex-wife of artist Ahmed Mekky, commented on the recent financial crisis affecting his bank accounts, which exceeded 66 million Egyptian pounds, after accusing his manager of embezzling the funds.

She shared on Instagram Stories a photo of the news article about the investigation into the manager, accompanied by a direct message to Ahmed Mekky in which she said:

"I was the one who hated this woman the most after his mother, may God have mercy on her… My anger at you is greater than the loss I went through when I announced my separation and said it was because of people around you… I just wanted you to believe me?? You didn’t believe me, you lost me, and attacked me until I lost my feeling of anything good in life… You were the person I most wished would be better than me, and you were the one who betrayed me the most."

"May God restore your rights"

And Mai Kamal El-Din added in another comment:

"To the one who sent me a gloating message, I will say our loss is only in money, but may God compensate and purify your heart from envy and gloating."

Mekky’s ex-wife demands the return of the funds and accuses the manager of fraud.

She also reposted another news item about her attempt to reconcile with Ahmed Mekky, but he refused. She commented: "O manager, return his money first, and then invent stories for people to believe… You are a cunning thief, stay away from me."

The security authorities referred the complaint against the former manager to the Public Prosecution, accusing her of breach of trust and embezzling 66.5 million Egyptian pounds unlawfully.

Mostafa Hamed, Ahmed Mekky’s lawyer, filed an official complaint with Agouza Police Station against "N.A.", accusing her of embezzling funds during her tenure managing the artist and refusing to provide financial statements or accounting documents, despite repeated requests.

Ahmed Mekky’s defense explained that the former manager exploited the general power of attorney granted by the artist and withdrew the accused funds without providing any supporting documents, causing a major legal and financial crisis.
