Just days after her acquittal, Kuwaiti actress Elham Al-Fadala chose to express her joy and gratitude in a spiritual way by traveling to Mecca to perform Umrah.

Al-Fadala shared a touching photo on her Instagram account from in front of the Kaaba, appearing in a white Ihram garment draped comfortably over her head, without makeup, radiating a natural glow that highlighted her beautiful features.

She accompanied the photo with a caption expressing her gratitude to God: "O Allah, accept from us; indeed You are the All-Hearing, All-Knowing... Praise be to You, Lord, for the perfection of Your blessings, Your immense generosity, and Your kindness." Her followers responded enthusiastically, praising her natural beauty and her elegant modest attire.

This visit to Saudi Arabia comes just days after the Criminal Court in Kuwait announced her acquittal from the charge of spreading false news affecting state security, related to an audio recording attributed to her, restoring her sense of calm and peace of mind.

Elham Al-Fadala in "Ghalat Banat"

Separately, Al-Fadala is preparing for Ramadan 2026 with a new drama series titled "Ghalat Banat", set in the 1980s and combining suspense and drama.

She continues filming alongside a selection of Gulf stars, including Jamal Al-Ridhan, Hessa Al-Nabahani, Abdullah Bahman, Fi Al-Sharqawi, and Sheila Sept. The series is directed by Saed Al-Hawari and written by Jamila Juma’a.
