Rouzbahan Fraij received the best player award in Etihad Club’s match against Orthodox, following her team’s 4-0 victory and her decisive contribution in the second half of the game.

The match marked the opening of the golden stage of the Women’s Professional Football League, held Saturday evening at Etihad Stadium (Polo 1) as part of the 11th round of the tournament.

At the start of the second half, Fraij excelled and scored the fourth goal in the 47th minute after a solo run, finishing with a precise shot to the right of the goal, reinforcing her team’s lead and cementing her status as the star of the match.

Fraij had joined the Talent Management Department at Roya Media Group last month.

She began playing football at a young age, turning her passion into the center of her life, eventually earning the opportunity to represent Jordan in the national team at just 15 years old.

She said: "For me, football is not just a sport that brings people together, it is a life school for every player."
