Admission of Medical Negligence Karim revealed on Instagram that the deterioration of his condition was due to neglecting the doctor’s instructions post-surgery, stating: "I had 4 surgeries in two and a half months. The doctor gave me a three-month schedule of food, drink, and vitamins, and I neglected it. I neither ate nor drank nor took the vitamins. I felt dizzy and fell several times, and when my condition worsened, they transferred me to the ICU."
