  • Viral videos showing Taylor Chase homeless shocks followers
  • Chase appeared unaffected by the attention the circulating video received

Taylor Chase, who became known for his role as Martin Quirley in the series "Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide" (2004–2007), returned to the media spotlight, but this time for reasons far from his previous fame.

In recent weeks, videos showing Chase living on the streets have circulated, shocking his followers and raising concern among the public.

The Riverside Police Department shared some details about his situation, including his reaction to these clips.

After his success in the series, Chase participated in some projects before gradually stepping away from Hollywood.

In 2015, he spoke publicly about his struggle with borderline personality disorder, but remained out of the spotlight until September 2025, when videos appeared showing him in tattered clothes, clearly distressed.

A recent clip shows Chase’s response when asked about his acting career, where he acknowledged his past fame and said he was the famous child from Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide.

The Riverside Police Department spokesperson, Ryan Rilesback, said the officers do not know exactly how long he has been homeless, but they visit him weekly, describing him in these meetings as polite and cooperative.

He added: "The department provides him access to shelters and medical care, but he repeatedly refuses these services, and we are not aware of any attempts to contact his family on his behalf."

Sources stated that Chase was not significantly affected when he learned of the video’s circulation.

A page was created to collect donations in his name after the videos spread, and some donations were collected, but his mother stressed that money is not what he needs most, rather medical care.
