  • Tylor Chase lives in difficult conditions with no shelter in California
  • His colleagues and relatives are calling for medical care and psychological support instead of money

Tylor Chase, the former star known for his role in the series "Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide," has been seen homeless on the streets of California, raising widespread concern among his fans and former co-stars

He is now 36 years old and appeared in Riverside, Los Angeles, in a video first circulated online in September and resurfaced recently

The video shows Chase wearing an old Los Angeles Raiders shirt, holding up his pants while talking to the person filming him

In the clip, the filmer asks Chase if he had appeared on TV before, and he calmly replies, "Yes, in Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide"

When she recognizes him, she says, "Oh yes, you’re that kid on the show"

After the video circulated on social media, a GoFundMe campaign was launched in Chase’s name and raised over $1,200

However, his mother later stopped the fundraiser, stating that her son needs medical care and not money at this time

She said, "Tylor needs medical attention, not money, but he refuses help"

She added that Chase struggles to manage his money and keep track of his personal belongings, noting that she had given him several phones but he loses them within a day or two and cannot manage money for his medication by himself

His former co-stars, Devon Werkheiser, Lindsey Shaw, and Daniel Curtis Lee, expressed concern over his situation during an episode of the series podcast

Daniel Curtis Lee said that seeing the video was deeply shocking

Lindsey Shaw expressed her wish to connect with Chase personally: "You can’t do much, but I would love to go speak with him and just give him some love and look him in the eyes. I miss Tylor. I love Tylor so much"

Devon Werkheiser described the footage as heartbreaking
