The price of gold, 21-karat, the most demanded by citizens, rose by 1.3 dinars on Monday, reaching 89.1 dinars for sale at jewelry stores, compared to 85.5 dinars for purchase.

These astronomical increases in gold prices reflect a state of concern and anticipation among citizens, who closely monitor daily price movements in search of the right opportunity to buy or sell.

According to the morning bulletin issued by the General Syndicate of Jewelry and Gold Trade Owners, the price per gram of gold for 24, 18, and 14-karat was 102, 79.2, and 61.1 dinars respectively, reflecting the variation in prices according to the karat and market demand.
