In 2025, several separations occurred among Arab entertainment and media figures, with reasons ranging from the desire for personal independence, differing perspectives, or simply the respectful end of relationships.

Despite these separations, most stars preserved mutual respect and prioritized friendly communication, especially when families or shared children were involved.

Omar Khorshid and Yasmine Gilani

Actor Omar Khorshid announced his separation from his wife Yasmine Gilani on his Facebook account in September, confirming that the split was amicable and by mutual consent.

The couple had married in November 2015 after a friendship lasting around ten years, which began during their collaboration on the series Ashrar wa Tayyibin.

Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz and Ana Al-Rifai

Actor Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz confirmed his separation from his wife Ana Al-Rifai in a statement on his Instagram account, clarifying that the decision was made with mutual respect.

Al-Rifai, in turn, shared a brief message via Instagram Stories appreciating the gesture and putting an end to rumors linking Karim with another female artist.

However, recent media reports revealed differing details. Hasan Abu Haif, Al-Rifai’s lawyer, stated that his client remains legally married, had not received any formal divorce notification, and was surprised by the news after the public saw it on social media.

The disputes date back to July, when Karim left the house and decided on a divorce in absentia, citing the need for a “break” from the marriage. Although the situation briefly calmed, the crisis resurfaced later with another divorce announcement for the same reasons.

Abir Sabry and Ayman Al-Bayaa

Actress Abir Sabry announced in June her separation from lawyer Ayman Al-Bayaa after seven years of marriage, stating that the decision was made calmly and amicably.
