However, Trump’s admission of undergoing an MRI scan, his talks about heaven, and his pride in cognitive tests have sparked theories for several months.

So far, the White House has not confirmed why his hand was covered with makeup so heavily while addressing the attendees at the event.

During his speech, Trump greeted the audience with "Merry Christmas" before launching into a discussion of his achievements, including what he describes as record levels of investment in the United States.

Earlier, the president criticized media outlets that speculated about his health.

He accused an American newspaper of rebellion and treason after it published an article suggesting a decline in his energy.

The president appeared to be dozing during some meetings.

California Governor Gavin Newsom described Trump as "The Nodfather" after this incident, and also gave him the nickname "Dozy Don."

The White House denied the claim that Trump was asleep, emphasizing that he delivered several remarks and spoke multiple times during the event.
