Director Samer Al-Barqawi continues filming the series "Mawlana" in Lebanon, alongside a participation of top Syrian stars.

Samar Sami’s return to drama has created a notable event within the series’ production, as she plays a central character with human and spiritual presence, connected to the lead, Tim Hassan, within a dramatic plot full of mystery and suspense.

Her return comes after a hiatus from dramatic works since her last participation in 2022 in the series "Ala Qayd Al-Hob," with subsequent appearances limited to a guest role in "Aqd El-Hilaq."

In "Mawlana," Sami undertakes a new experience considered a qualitative addition to her career, given the nature of her character, which is directly linked to the events of the story and the two main characters portrayed by Tim Hassan and Nour Ali.

The series is one of the largest dramatic projects for one of the producing companies, increasing audience anticipation for the upcoming season.
