Two five-week-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies were found after being stolen along with their mother and siblings.
They had been abandoned on the side of a road about 160 kilometers from their home in Suffolk.
Mabel, the mother, and four cavapoo puppies were taken from a property on Thetford Road, Coney Weston, on Tuesday.
Mabel was later found in a garden in Wouldham, Kent, and was reunited with her owner on Thursday, while two of the puppies were found in Sidcup, London.
The family described the reunion as a "bittersweet" moment, as two puppies remain missing.
Alisha Clack, daughter of Mabel’s owner, said: "We feel so happy that two have been found and returned to Mabel, who was completely distressed without her babies. But it’s hard not knowing where the other puppies are."
She added: "One dog found the missing puppies during a walk. They were soaking wet and freezing cold. Seeing Mabel reunited with her babies brought her happiness again; she had been searching all over the house. Now she’s sitting with them and looks completely different, very happy."
Mabel’s owner, Simone Devorty, described the thieves as "evil" and urged anyone with the puppies to "leave them in a safe place."
Clack expressed her family’s gratitude to everyone who shared the story and sent information about the puppies’ whereabouts.
Suffolk Police confirmed that the house was not targeted solely for the pets, as a jewelry box was also stolen.
