Fans of actress Elham Al-Fadalah expressed their sympathy after she shared photos showing her suffering from a health setback. In one of the posts, she wrote: “My Lord, affliction has touched me, and You are the Most Merciful of the merciful.” In another photo, her foot was shown with an IV inserted, as it was difficult to place it in her arm.

Her lawyer, Mariam Al-Bahr, reassured the public, confirming that the actress is “a little tired” and praying for her recovery.

Elham Al-Fadalah Released

This comes days after Al-Fadalah was released by the Criminal Court in Kuwait without bail, with her case postponed for review until December 8.

Al-Fadalah faces an official investigation over an audio recording attributed to her from 2021, which was considered offensive to Kuwait. The Public Prosecution had ordered her preventive detention for 21 days to verify the recording through forensic evidence.

The actress expressed her relief after being released from detention in a brief message on Snapchat, saying: “Praise be to God and thanks to God… thank you to our fair judiciary, and thank you to my dear audience.”
