Cristiano Ronaldo raises doubts about Trump’s true height – video

- Video shows Ronaldo taller than Trump during their appearance together at the White House
- This comes despite reports suggesting otherwise
Soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo met with U.S. President Donald Trump at the White House on Tuesday, where they posed for a photo and video together, and Ronaldo appeared to reveal the president’s true height.
Ronaldo attended a black-tie dinner, marking his first meeting with Trump.
The visit coincided with Trump hosting Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, just days after Portugal secured its spot in the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The White House shared a video showing Trump and Ronaldo strolling the grounds, laughing and enjoying each other’s company.
Despite official records suggesting otherwise, Ronaldo appeared noticeably taller than the president.
Trump claims to be 191 cm, making him the third-tallest U.S. president after Abraham Lincoln and Lyndon B. Johnson (both 193 cm).
In April, the White House released a physical report including Trump’s height and weight, confirming he measures 191 cm and is in normal health.
The report also noted a resting heart rate of 62 beats per minute and blood pressure of 124/78 mmHg.
Ronaldo’s official height is 188 cm, and he often stands taller than his peers on the field. His aerial ability has helped him score 152 headed goals, roughly 16% of his total career goals.
Although Trump’s medical report suggested he would be slightly taller than Ronaldo, the video posted on the White House’s official Instagram appeared to contradict this.
Eagle-eyed fans quickly noticed the height difference, sparking debate over whether the video was edited or if Trump had been truthful about his height.
