U.S. Authorities Arrest Shanuid White Jr. on First-Degree Murder Charge Verbal Dispute in His Vehicle Escalates to Fatal Shooting
TikTok content creator Morris Harrison, known as "Guerlalala," was fatally shot at the age of 21 in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida, according to a U.S. magazine.
A statement from the Broward County Police Department said officers responded to a medical call around 7 p.m., finding Harrison seated in the front passenger seat of a car with multiple gunshot wounds. She was transported to a nearby medical center, where she was pronounced dead.
Harrison, a hairstylist from Pompano Beach, Florida, had gained widespread fame on TikTok with over 235,000 followers before closing her page. Her Instagram account remains active, with over 41,000 followers continuing to share condolences.
Authorities arrested Shanuid White Jr. on a first-degree murder charge involving a firearm.
According to investigators, White Jr. had been in a calm relationship with Harrison for several years, but a verbal dispute in his vehicle escalated into a confrontation that ended with the fatal shooting.
