Shock after his death… The family of the late Ismail El-Leithi faces a new crisis

The Owner of the Car Rented by Ismail El-Leithi Demands Payment "El-Leithi had to rent the car on the day of the accident due to a sudden breakdown in his own vehicle"
The family of the late Egyptian folk artist Ismail El-Leithi is enduring a difficult period following his tragic death in a car accident last Monday. Their grief was compounded by unexpected financial burdens, according to informed sources.
In a surprising turn, the owner of the car El-Leithi had rented to attend a wedding in Assiut demanded payment from the family. The original cost was 1.8 million Egyptian pounds, but after negotiations, the owner agreed to reduce the amount, leaving a balance of 1.4 million pounds.
Sudden Vehicle Breakdown
Sources close to the family confirmed that El-Leithi had to rent the car on the day of the accident due to a sudden malfunction in his own vehicle. The family pledged to settle the payment after the conclusion of the mourning period, seeking to alleviate the heavy emotional burden they are carrying.
El-Leithi suffered a skull fracture and brain hemorrhage, which led to him falling into a coma before passing away, leaving his fans and colleagues in shock.
Hundreds of his fans and prominent musicians, including Mostafa Kamel, head of the Musicians Syndicate, attended his funeral. The memorial service was postponed from Tuesday to Wednesday due to the health conditions of his brother and mother. His brother was hospitalized after taking a high dose of medication in his extreme grief, while doctors suspected his mother suffered a stroke, so she was informed of his death only a few hours before the body arrived in their hometown.
