Al-Saeed shared a photo of herself on the plane at Kuwait Airport, captioning it: "I leave you in the care of God, whose trusts are never lost, as I travel to Germany for treatment. God is sufficient for me and the best guardian against those who caused the deterioration of my health. My Lord is capable of showing me His justice in this world before the Hereafter." This statement sparked widespread curiosity among her followers about the nature of her illness and the reasons behind her declining health.

In another post, the media personality wrote: "I leave you in the care of God, whose trusts are never lost, as I travel to Germany for treatment… God is the Greatest, God is the Greatest, God is the Greatest. Glory be to Him who has facilitated this for us when we were unprepared, and to Him we shall return. O Lord, in this journey we ask You for piety and righteousness, and for deeds that please You. Make our journey easy and shorten its distance for us, O Lord, You are the companion on the journey and the guardian of our families. I seek refuge in You from the hardships of travel, the distress of the sights, and misfortune in wealth and family."
