After the success of its previous comedy series, Amman Comedy Club is back this season with one of Jordan's largest and most prominent comedy shows, The Elite, bringing together a selection of Arab comedy stars for an exceptional evening on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the Arena Theater – Amman Arab University

Six of Egypt’s leading comedians—Ahmed Khairy, Ahmed Essam, Taha Desouki, Mohamed Ashraf, Walid Al-Maghazi, and Mostafa Abbas Tawfi—will participate in the show, part of a world tour that started in the United States, passed through several European cities, and will conclude in Dubai shortly after the Amman stop

The performance is presented in a stand-up comedy format, featuring diverse solo segments that cover daily life, relationships, and social situations, all delivered with a sharp, witty Egyptian humor

The evening spans two hours of laughter and live audience interaction, making it one of the largest comedy events in the region this year

He added that the global tour reflects the rise of a new generation of Arab comedians and their ability to reach international audiences across languages and shared experiences
