Nasif Zeytoun Surprises His Fans with a New Look by Cutting His Hair – Video

Syrian star Nasif Zeytoun surprised his fans with a completely new look after years of sporting long hair, deciding to cut it entirely as he gradually releases songs from his new album "Mni Ana" and approaches his appearance on "The Voice" as a judge.
Zeytoun shared a video on his Instagram documenting the transformation, holding scissors to the tune of his new song "Mazalla" before cutting the first long strand himself, joking: "Their life… it was theirs." After the haircut, he kept his thick mustache, appearing lighter and more elegant, commenting: "Now the bathroom is fast… light… clean… tidy."
A Love Message to the Tune of "Mazalla"
The video received widespread attention, with his wife Daniella Rahma among the first to comment, expressing her admiration with emojis and hearts. Choosing "Mazalla" as the video’s soundtrack was significant, as Zeytoun revealed that the song was inspired by a personal moment with his wife at the start of their marriage, written by poet Mazen Daher.
Nasif explained that the song originally served as an attempt at reconciliation after a minor disagreement, sending a portion of it in his voice to Daniella with the words: "Mazalla is coming content… mending a heart… Mazalla that saw me… more than once." Although she initially refused the reconciliation, she later forgave him, turning the story into a romantic song adding a personal dimension to his new album.
Zeytoun continues to release "Mni Ana" songs gradually in successive duets, with his change in appearance forming part of a promotional campaign reflecting a more mature and bold artistic phase.
A Renewed Presence on "The Voice"
Nasif is set to appear with his new look on the live episodes of "The Voice" on MBC, after completing the initial recorded stages. He is expected to present a fresh side of his artistic personality, combining his experience as a singer with his ability to discover young talent, revealing a renewed facet of his career.
