Al-Wedaani shared photos of herself from her hospital bed and asked her followers to pray for her recovery, reassuring them with a post on Twitter: "Praise be to God for health and well-being. Today, thank God, I can see the world. I underwent an emergency surgery with my doctor Abdel Karim Qarmali—may God bless him. I went through a whirlwind after childbirth, and thank God for everything. Truly, God is with me. This is a phase that will pass, a period that will end, God willing, and everything will be in the past. We thank God for all the blessings."

She confirmed that the surgery came just days after giving birth, following severe pain that required urgent intervention in the operating room. Through her posts, Al-Wedaani explained that she experienced sudden, unbearable pain and asked everyone to pray for her health and for the care of her newborn and her other four children.

Her followers reacted widely to her condition, flooding her with supportive messages, to which she responded calmly and sincerely, with many wishing her a speedy recovery and the strength to care for her five children.

Regarding the reason for her hospitalization and surgery, Sara said: "Honestly, I can’t share the details, but God willing, I’m grateful for Dr. Qarmali’s swift intervention. Thank God, today I’m starting to process what happened. May any harm be gone, and may these days become the past. May God grant me health and well-being, and may He bless all of you as well."
