Egyptian actress Sawsan Badr is set to join the 2026 Ramadan lineup with a new Gulf drama directed by Heba Al-Sayagh, amid growing audience anticipation for the project.

Heba Al-Sayagh shared a story on Instagram revealing the upcoming Ramadan 2026 drama, which stars Sawsan Badr, Iman Al-Sayyid, and Laila Abdel Aziz.

The director posted a photo of herself with the female leads, captioned: "Preparing a Gulf Ramadan drama being filmed in Abu Dhabi," and added: "Ready for action."

“Al-Ba’ Tahta Nuqta” Sawsan Badr previously collaborated with Heba Al-Sayagh in the 2025 Ramadan series “Al-Ba’ Tahta Nuqta”.

The series follows a group of women at a literacy school who face challenges in learning and adhering to school rules. Humorous situations arise between them and the staff due to their different nationalities and dialects, while their husbands attempt to thwart their plans from another angle.

The show also starred Iman Al-Sayyid, Shukran Murtaja, Mohammad Khair Al-Jarrah, Fatima Al-Housni, Jaber Naghmoush, among others, alongside Sawsan Badr.
