Honoring a select group of Egyptian and Arab artists at the 2025 Arab Satellite Festival

This year’s Arab Satellite Festival witnessed a remarkable edition, highlighted by the honoring of some of the most prominent stars of art and media in Egypt and the Arab world, in recognition of their successful works that have left a clear mark on the dramatic and cinematic scene in recent times.
Egyptian Stars Honored at the 2025 Festival From Egypt, actor Ahmed El Awadi received an award for his outstanding performance in the series Fahd Al-Batal, which garnered wide viewership and both critical and public acclaim, while actor Majid Al-Masri was honored for his role in the series Esh Esh, marking a significant milestone in his artistic career.
Actor Ahmed Fahmy also received one of the festival’s awards, alongside the honoring of media personality Esmat Younis for her influential role in enriching the Arab media landscape through her widely acclaimed talk show.
The list of honorees also included actor Ahmed Rezq, who has solidified his presence in both comedic and dramatic works, the iconic Yousra, who continues to shine in Arab cinema and television, as well as actress Rogina, who demonstrated her artistic versatility in her recent roles, and actor Essam El Sakka, who continues to establish himself as one of the prominent faces in the dramatic scene.
Arab Stars Honored at the 2025 Festival On the Arab side, the festival celebrated Lebanese star Cyrine Abdelnour, who continues to excel in both dramatic and musical works while maintaining a strong presence in the hearts of audiences. The festival also honored actor Moatasem Al Nahar, who has become one of the most prominent Arab dramatic figures in recent years, thanks to the diversity of his roles and his ability to reach a wide audience.
