Holiday extends from Thursday to Sunday morning Jordanians to make the most of the break with relaxation

Jordanians are preparing for a long weekend holiday next week, as Thursday marks the occasion of the Prophet’s Birthday, followed by Friday and Saturday, giving them a chance to rest and take a break from daily life pressures.

Many Jordanians plan to use this holiday for relaxation and outings, especially with the mild and pleasant weather that the country experiences at this time of year.

Popular activities include spending time with family in parks and gardens, taking short trips to natural areas, or relaxing at home by reading books or watching movies, providing an opportunity to recharge before returning to daily routines.

Holiday coincides with the start of the school term

This long holiday also coincides with the start of the new school term, giving students and parents a chance to adjust to the new schedule and prepare for the academic year, as well as to enjoy a few days of rest before resuming schoolwork and other academic activities.
