Laila Elawi: "Thank you for all the love and concern"

Egyptian actress Laila Elawi shared a video on her Instagram account updating her fans on her health, reassuring them that she is fine and has not sustained any fractures or injuries following a recent car accident.

Laila Elawi said, “Thank you for all the love and concern. I want to assure you that I am fine, thank God. There are no injuries to my ribs or spine, and everything that happened was fate and kindness.”

Impact of the Collision She explained that she was driving her car when another vehicle collided with her from behind, causing her to be pushed forward. She added that she has been dealing with issues in her shoulder and neck for some time, and the impact caused her some pain. However, she has started physical therapy sessions and her condition has gradually improved.

She continued, “I thank everyone who asked about me or prayed for me, whether friends, colleagues, or even people I don’t know. I apologize if I caused anyone any worry, and thank God I did not sustain any cuts or scratches.”

Ashraf Zaki Reassures Fans About Her Health Meanwhile, Dr. Ashraf Zaki confirmed that Laila Elawi “is fine and in good health, the accident was minor, and thankfully passed without any notable injuries.” He added, “Laila reassured me about her health and underwent several X-rays to ensure there were no fractures; the accident only caused bruises to her shoulder and neck.”

Resuming Filming a New Movie Laila Elawi is scheduled to resume filming her new movie Ibn Meen Feehom after recovering from the effects of the accident. She stars alongside a cast including Bayoumi Fouad and Ahmed Essam El-Sayed, along with other actors whose names will be revealed later. The film is written by Louay El-Sayed and directed by Hisham Fathy.
