Lebanese journalist Rabia Al-Zayat tweeted: “Anas Al-Sharif and Mohammed Qreiqah are martyrs of a direct Israeli attack on truth and justice… This is the criminal usurping entity, killing without mercy and before the eyes of the world.”
Egyptian TV presenter Lamis Al-Hadidi commented on Al-Sharif’s death, saying: “The last thing written by Al Jazeera correspondent Anas Al-Sharif before he and his colleague Mohammed Qreiqah were martyred was after Israel bombed the journalists’ tent near Al-Shifa Hospital. When will this madness end?” She also shared his will, which has become a cry against injustice.
