Filming Begins for Season Two of "Ya Ana Ya Hi" — 30 Episodes of Suspense and Humorous Moments

The Roya Media Group officially announced the start of filming the second season of the social comedy series "Ya Ana Ya Hi" ("Either Me or Her"), following the great success of the first season during Ramadan 2025, which was exclusively aired on Roya TV. This marked the group’s first social comedy drama production in Syria.
The new season comes with a significant expansion in both production and content, consisting of thirty episodes, each half an hour long, compared to the first season which had only fifteen episodes. This extension gives the creators a wider space to develop the characters and deepen the plot, while maintaining the human comedic tone that has distinguished the series since its beginning.
The script in this season marks a qualitative shift in style and substance, focusing more on the background of the sisters’ father’s death and the details of the conflicts and challenges they face living under one roof, as they attempt to overcome legal and family obstacles related to inheritance. The new season will bring many dramatic surprises and shocking twists, in a balanced blend of comedy and social drama.
The second season also features the addition of new names to the cast, most notably the star Nadine Tahseen Beik, along with actors Mohammad Haddaqi and Jamal Al-Ali. Meanwhile, the two lead actresses, Amal Arafa and Amal Dabbas, continue to portray their central roles, which were highly appreciated by the audience in the first season. This addition aims to develop the dramatic structure and enhance the elements of suspense in the new episodes.
The second season of "Ya Ana Ya Hi" is expected to be broadcast during Ramadan 2026, as part of Roya Media Group’s plan to deliver high-quality Arabic content that combines entertainment with a humanitarian dimension, addressing various audience segments across the region.
