Director of "Saffah Al Tagamoa" searches for a child resembling Ahmed El Fishawy

In a new and distinctive move, Egyptian writer and director Mohamed Salah El Azab is preparing to launch his first directorial experience with a film titled "The Tagamoa Butcher", based on true events that caused a major stir in Egyptian society last year.
El Azab has begun preparations for the project by opening auditions to select new faces among children, including a 6-year-old boy with features similar to actor Ahmed El Fishawy to portray his childhood, in addition to a 14-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl who can speak English with an American accent.
A case that shook public opinion The film will feature Ahmed El Fishawy in a central role, portraying a murderer whose crimes shocked the public. He will star alongside Maryam El Gendy, Cynthia Khalifeh, Aya Saleem, and Entissar, along with other stars to be announced later. The work is produced by Ahmed El Sobky and written and directed by Mohamed Salah El Azab.
"The Tagamoa Butcher" falls under the thriller and mystery genre, with a promise to present the story in a suspenseful dramatic style that reveals new angles and dimensions. The filming and official release dates are expected to be announced soon.
