The Egyptian artist Mohamed Ramadan revealed a shocking surprise, retracting his earlier statements following the incident that occurred during his concert at Golf Porto Marina in the North Coast. He had previously described the event as an "assassination attempt." This came amid widespread panic and a huge uproar that swept social media immediately after the incident.

Mohamed Ramadan shared a post on his Instagram account clarifying the truth about what happened, writing: "Correction, it was most likely a gas cylinder explosion from the fireworks and not a bomb," noting that investigations are still ongoing.

“The Site Was Cleared” He added, "I personally confirmed with the management of Porto Marina that the entire site and stage were cleared to ensure the safety of the audience and myself." Ramadan commented that what happened was fate, asking God to have mercy on the deceased, Hussam, and to complete the healing of the injured.

Earlier, Ramadan had posted describing the incident as an assassination attempt, saying: "The concert was ended before midnight due to an explosion right next to me on the stage, and its effect is still in my ear. Because of it, a worker died and two others are in critical condition. May God have mercy on them, heal the injured, and grant patience to their families and loved ones." He confirmed that the sound he heard at the concert was that of a bomb, adding, "The sound had nothing to do with fireworks, I swear, a full assassination attempt. Why does hatred reach this level?" However, he later deleted this post from his account.

Tragedy During the Fireworks Display The concert witnessed a tragedy during the fireworks display, where the incident led to the death of a crew member and injuries to others, causing panic among the audience and disrupting the atmosphere. Security authorities were immediately informed, and ambulances arrived on the scene to transport the injured to Al-Alamein Hospital for necessary treatment.

Concert Ended Early Mohamed Ramadan decided to end the concert before the scheduled time and refused to leave the venue until he ensured all attendees had exited safely. He also made sure to inform his audience of the incident details, urging them not to gather and to cooperate, saying: "I’m forced to end the concert because someone died and another person was seriously injured."

Deaths and Injuries Before the incident, Ramadan performed some of his most famous songs, including "Thabit" and "Number One," amid great audience interaction. The concert was also attended by artist Ahmed Fahim, and Ramadan surprised the crowd by inviting the "Al-Madfa’jiya" band on stage for the first time in a long time, in an energetic moment that ignited the atmosphere.

Egyptian media reported that the incident resulted in the death of a young man and injuries to six others due to fireworks falling on the audience, sparking fear and anxiety among attendees.
