The Egyptian artist Hossam Habib appeared with new statements that surprised his followers, expressing deep respect for the talent of his ex-wife, singer Sherine Abdel Wahab, and her significant stature in the Arab music world.

During a televised interview, Hossam Habib explained that his relationship with Sherine is going well, confirming: "My relationship with Sherine is just fine, and there's no problem between us… if people knew what’s between us, they’d laugh at how simple it is."

The Egyptian singer praised Sherine’s talent, saying: "Sherine is a great artist and the voice of the entire Arab world, not just the voice of Egypt. And if I ever upset her with a word or action, I apologize to her in front of everyone."

He added: "She’s my favorite star, a genius voice that can’t be replaced. I always want to see her successful and shining. She’s an inspiration to all of us when it comes to determination and love for the audience."

Commenting on her recent experience at the "Mawazine" festival, Hossam Habib emphasized Sherine's deep respect for her fans, saying: "She loves her audience more than anyone. I’ve seen it myself. She considered her fans her family, and at one point, I was jealous of how much they loved her."

He concluded emotionally: "Sherine, my dear, you taught us what it means to love art and people. We’re all learning from you despite your young age, and God willing, we’ll always see you in the best condition."
